COPYRIGHTS: Photos used throughout our website remain the property of our suppliers and should not be used without their consent. Logos and downloads remain the property of Sheer Elegance and logos must not be used by any other person(s) without seeking permission first. Customers have the opportunity to print our product information sheets. They have been developed so our customers can use them as a resource, enabling you to match up products supplied. We check all our downloads for errors before placing them on the website, but errors can go un-noticed and therefore we accept no responsability for their use.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: To offer our customers a greater selection of goods we have to order various items as they are required and therefore we only hold a small amount of stock on our premises. There maybe occasions when our suppliers discontinue a product. Customer may want to Email us before making an order to check whether the items are available. Otherwise, if an item is not available, the customer will be given a full refund and the opportunity to re-order the products again. All goods on our website are subject to availability.

PAYMENT: We are able to accept most Credit and Debit Cards through the use of PayPal. But don't worry you don't have to have a Paypal account to use our service. When checking out of our shopping cart you will be redirected to the Paypal website. It is easy and simple to use. PayPal members should log onto their account to complete the transaction and non members have to select to pay by Credit or Debit Card. Prices are subject to change.

POSTAGE (UK): Wherever possible small packages will be sent 1st Class via Royal Mail. Larger / Heavier packages will be delivered via a courier service of our choice. We aim to dispatch all items as soon as possible but can take up to 14 days after receiving an order. There maybe times when there are unforeseen delays due to postal problems. Sheer Elegance ensures that all goods are dispatched in perfect condition. However, there may be occasions when items become damaged in transit. Damaged goods must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order. We accept no responsibility after this time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are happy to deliver goods outside of the United Kingdom, except for confectionery goods due to Food and Customs Regulations. We reserve the right to request extra postal charges for larger orders and customers refusal may end up with us cancelling the order and refunding payment, therefore we recommend you e-mail us for advice before placing an order. Please ensure you allow up to 3 - 4 weeks for delivery. All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£).

RETURNS POLICY: We offer a seven day returns policy from the date the customers receive their order and will happily refund money for returned items on the condition that they are in a perfect condition with the packaging still intact. We do not offer refunds on confectionery items. The postal costs will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for paying postal returns. We must be informed via e-mail before customers return any items.

LAW & JURISDICTION: Any contract for your purchase from www.sheer-elegance.co.uk is governed by, and has to be interpreted under, the Law of England, and you agree that such contract will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
